Pakistan's star wicketkeeper-batsman, Mohammad Rizwan was in Nepal for Personal Visit. He also visited some of the Nepalese cricketers in closed camp and even the CAN head Chatur Bdr. Chand.

"I am here in Nepal to visit my brother Sandeep Lamichhane. As his case in going on & court's decision not to let him go outside, I travelled all the way from Pakistan just to meet Lamichhane. I Hope my visit will make him more motivated."- Rizwan said.

Rizwan, who is ranked second in the current T20 international batting rankings, has been consistently performing well for his nation. 30-years-old Rizwan has scored 2,635 runs in 80 T20 Internationals with 1 century and 23 fifties. He has scored 1,247 runs in 52 ODIs including 2 centuries and 8 fifties. Rizwan, who has played 27 Tests, has scored 1,373 runs.

Suspension & lifting ban
CAN had suspended Sandeep on 23 Bhadra. The rape case against Sandeep is pending in District Court Kathmandu. On Poush 28, the Patan High Court ordered Sandeep to be released on a bond of 2 million. Sandeep was released from prison after paying the bail on the next day.
The district court of Kathmandu sent him to prison for preliminary investigation on the charge of raping a minor. Sandeep had then appealed to the Patan High Court against the order of the district court.
What is Sandeep Lamichhane's rape accusion?
A complaint was filed against Sandeep on 21st Bhadra last year for raping a monor girl at the police station in Gaushala. On Bhadra 23, the Kathmandu District Court issued an arrest warrant against Sandeep. Sandeep was then arrested from Tribhuvan International Airport on Ashoj 20.

Nepal national cricket team is currently preparing for the triangular series to be held in Nepal under ICC World Cricket League-2 which start from the February 14.
For the very series Sandeep who was suspended by CAN after he was accused of raping a minor has again been included in the team after the CAN board meeting held in Pokhara on Tuesday. CAN's decision to lift Sandeep's suspension without settling the case has even been criticized by some groups of people.
Currently, Sandeep is in closed training of the Nepali team as Nepal is preparing for the triangular series to be held in Nepal under ICC World Cricket League-2.
