The third edition of the Global T20 League will start in Canada from July 21. This time, two players from Nepal are also participating in the league, former national team captain and leg-spinner Sandeep Lamichhane and star all-rounder Dipendra Singh Airee.
Sandeep and Dipendra went to Canada only on Tuesday while the Nepali national cricket team was playing the ongoing ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. Sandeep and Dipendra were released to participate in the Goalball T20 league to give a chance to some new and young players.
