Anjan will officially wear the church boys jersey from the 22nd Aaha Rara Pokhara Gold Cup 2023 which will start from 29th of December. He believes that it is his responsibility to forget the past and bring the new club to the goal of success.

"Although this club is new in the A division, it has already proven itself as a champion in the B and C divisions," said Anjan after the first training session for the church boys in Satdobato, "We believe in collective and balanced play. The enthusiasm of the young players is also excellent. Some experienced players are also being added." Anjan has decided to make the church boys, who have become consecutive champions in the C and B division leagues, a winner in the A division as well.

" This time there were offers from many places. However, Church Boys is coming with a new team and new enthusiasm. We also have friends, who are in the process of contracting," said Anjan, "We have all taken a vow to raise the new team together. The goal is to win the league."

This time, Church Boys has aggressively recruited players as per the plan to present brilliantly in the A Division. The club has already signed Ashish Chaudhary along with Anjan, an influential striker of the national team. Agreements have also been reached with some other national players. It is understood that the club has reached the final stage of the contract of defender Ananata Tamang, Dinesh Rajbanshi, midfielders Tej Tamang and Eric Bista.

On the other hand, Machindra's star player Bimal Gharti Magar and Himalaya Sherpa's rising goal keeper Deep Karki have also been progressed internally. The clubs are speeding up the signing of players even though the next season's Martyr's Memorial A Division League is still not finalized due to a dispute between the club and ANFA about the preparation amount. This has also given a positive sign that the league will resume soon.
